Mary Ann Ouzts
Controller
Mary Ann joined AMERRA in 2018. She is responsible for accounting and financial reporting for various funds. In addition, she coordinates the audit process in close collaboration with AMERRA’s accounting firm. Mary Ann also performs treasury operations and cash management functions.
Prior to AMERRA, Mary Ann spent 4 years in public accounting with KPMG, where she worked on a broad range of clients and industries, including financial institutions and private equity funds.
Mary Ann is a licensed Certified Public Accountant. Mary Ann holds a Master of Science in Accountancy Degree from Wake Forest University and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from UNC-Chapel Hill.
