Organized and proactive, Francisca brings years of office management expertise to AMERRA. With a record of strong performance in high-volume, high-pressure environments, Francisca skillfully manages administrative duties for her colleagues at AMERRA, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the firm. Francisca’s responsibilities include presentation and marketing material preparation, meeting organization, IR support and technology management.
With a background in event management, Francisca manages all AMERRA’s special events. A dynamic member of AMERRA’s culture and onboarding committees, Francisca plays an important role in interacting with prospective staff and is an ongoing resource for organizing training sessions and development of the AMERRA team.
Francisca holds a BA in International Studies with a special focus on Latin America and human rights from the University of South Florida. Her ongoing interest in social justice and community engagement is reflected by her commitment to AMERRA Cares! an internal program through which AMERRA partners with non-profit organizations and local initiatives to create positive change. She is fluent in Spanish.
