Craig is a co-founder and a Managing Director of AMERRA, responsible for managing all aspects of the firm. Craig is a frequent speaker at agricultural investment conferences and forums. Craig has been a commodity professional for over 30 years, with expertise covering global agriculture, energy, mining & metals and trade finance markets. Prior to co-founding AMERRA in 2009, Craig managed Société Générale’s Natural Resources business line in the Americas from 1997-2008. Craig led the development of Société Générale’s New York based practice creating one of the leading market players as exemplified by top league table rankings. Previously, Craig served as the Global Head of Commodities at Standard Chartered Bank, managing multinational commodities finance teams. Craig holds an MBA from Rutgers University and a BS in Finance and Accounting from Lehigh University.
Craig sits on the boards of Andromeda S.A. (Greece), Biomega AS (Norway), Ciclon Trading Corp. (U.S.A), F&S Agrisolutions Indústria de Biocombustíveis Ltda. (Brazil), Pipeline Foods (U.S.A), and Rio Amambai Agroenergia S.A. (Brazil).
Nancy is a co-founder and Managing Director of AMERRA, responsible for managing all aspects of the firm. She serves on several corporate boards as a director and in an advisory capacity. Nancy has been a commodity professional for over 25 years, primarily covering agri-business. Prior to co-founding AMERRA in 2009, Nancy was employed by Société Générale from 1997-2008 in a number of different capacities, the last of which as a Managing Director, leading their soft commodities business. Previously, Nancy was a Vice President at Standard Chartered Bank managing a diverse group of international commodities clients and was also an Associate at Brown Brothers Harriman & Co. where she completed their management and credit training program. Nancy holds an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and is a graduate of Dartmouth College. She is fluent in Spanish.
Nancy sits on the board of CSC Sugar, LLC (U.S.A.).
Pat is the COO and CRO at AMERRA, responsible for all day-to-day operational and administrative activities of the firm. As COO, major responsibilities include operations, treasury and accounting, human resources and IT systems. As CRO, major responsibilities include portfolio monitoring and analysis, development and implementation of risk monitoring tools and procedures, management reporting and insurance. Prior to joining AMERRA in 2010, Pat was Managing Director and Global Head of Commodity & Trade Finance Operations for Société Générale (2002-2009). Pat has been a commodities finance professional for over 35 years, having worked for a number of international banks including KBC Bank, MeesPierson and ING Bank. Pat holds a BS degree from Nyack College.
